Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Dubai is seeking a courteous Bell Desk/Valet attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, provide prompt valet parking, and escort guests to rooms while explaining hotel amenities.

You will maintain lobby cleanliness, assist with transportation arrangements, handle guest requests, and coordinate with Front Office and Concierge for seamless service. A UAE driving license (manual/automatic) and good English are required; accommodation is provided at Al Khail Gate.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driver's license and ability to drive manual and automatic.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving luggage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and storage.
• Provide prompt valet parking services, ensuring vehicle safety and accurate documentation.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain hotel amenities, and answer basic inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and bell desk areas.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements and local information.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure timely retrieval of guest vehicles upon departure.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour at all times.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams for seamless service.
• Adhere to hotel safety, security, and grooming standards.
• Maintain accurate records of luggage tags and valet tickets.
• Driving license is mandatory
