Job summary

Accor Group in Dubai invites a friendly Bellman - Guest Arrival Services to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and escort to rooms while sharing local guidance. The role partners with front office to ensure smooth check-ins and departures, upholding five-star service standards within a dynamic hotel environment.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, fluent in English, physically able to move luggage, and flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays; UAE driving license preferred for valet

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in bellman, porter, concierge or related guest service roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• English fluency required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with luggage handling and tagging.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and hours.
• Provide local information, transportation guidance and restaurant recommendations.
• Coordinate with front desk during arrivals, check-ins and departures.
• Maintain secure luggage storage and keep lobby tidy and welcoming.
• Assist valet duties and support guest transport arrangements as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and protect privacy and belongings.
