Job summary

Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha, part of Accor, seeks a friendly Bellman to create memorable first impressions for guests from arrival to departure.

You will assist with luggage, escort guests, offer local tips, coordinate with front desk, and maintain a welcoming lobby. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus; UAE driver's license may be needed for valet duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or as a bellman
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon their arrival
• Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out processes
• Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and services
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations about local attractions, dining options, and transportation in Dubai
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring luggage carts are available
• Assist with valet parking services when required
• Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, services, and current events to address guest questions accurately
• Assist with special requests or errands to enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure proper tagging and secure storage of guest luggage
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall hotel operations
