Qualifications

• Experience supervising bell desk, concierge support, luggage handling, or valet parking in a 4-5 star hotel
• Knowledge of luxury guest arrivals, vehicle security, baggage control, and front‑of‑house coordination
• Willingness to train staff, review performance, and manage flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to luggage handling and valet requests
• Prepare work schedules and maintain coverage according to activity
• Supervise bellmen and valet staff during daily operations and events
• Coordinate luggage collection, storage, delivery, and transfer with accurate records
• Share guest arrival/departure information to support timely assistance
• Direct valet movements to ensure safe parking, entry, and return of vehicles
• Monitor entrance areas for cleanliness and professional presentation
• Inspect rooming standards and communicate features of rooms and facilities
• Record guest requests accurately and coordinate with responsible departments
• Train staff on facilities, guest service expectations, luggage procedures, and valet standards
• Review performance, coach staff, and address service gaps during operations
• Check equipment, devices, storage, and supplies regularly
• Report damage or service concerns and coordinate corrective action
• Protect guest property, keys, and confidential records
• Ensure staff are trained on emergency procedures and safety standards
• Uphold hotel policies and service standards; ensure smooth shift handovers
