Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Dubai is seeking a friendly and professional Bell Desk Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, valet parking, and escort guests to rooms.

You will coordinate with Front Office and Concierge, maintain lobby cleanliness, help with transportation info, and ensure safety and courtesy while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A UAE driving license is mandatory and accommodation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/guest service experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and ability to drive manual and automatic.
• Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Physically fit to lift and move heavy luggage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and storage.
• Provide prompt valet parking services, ensuring vehicle safety and accurate documentation.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain hotel amenities, and answer basic inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and bell desk areas.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements and local information.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure timely retrieval of guest vehicles upon departure.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour at all times.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams for seamless service.
• Adhere to hotel safety, security, and grooming standards.
• Maintain accurate records of luggage tags and valet tickets.
