Job summary

voco Dubai Palm The Palm is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service by assisting guests with luggage, guiding them to rooms, and delivering amenities. You will be the friendly first point of contact, ensuring guests feel welcome from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling luggage, escorting to rooms, coordinating with Front Desk and Concierge, and maintaining a clean bell desk area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Bell Attendant or similar guest service position.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
• Physically agile and able to stand for extended periods.
• Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Outgoing personality with passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel features.
• Retrieve luggage for departing guests and ensure timely delivery.
• Store and retrieve luggage in the luggage room.
• Respond to guest requests and transportation arrangements.
• Deliver messages, packages, or amenities to guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and bell desk area.
• Assist with valet duties if trained and licensed.
• Work closely with Front Desk, Concierge and other departments.
• Report lost or found items to the appropriate department.
