Job summary

Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead the reservations team, ensuring accurate bookings and guest profiles. You will monitor arrivals, manage room availability, and resolve escalated issues while collaborating with Revenue and Sales to optimize strategies.

The role requires strong communication, room inventory knowledge, and a proactive approach to guest service. On-site work with supporting front office during peak periods is expected.

• Resolve guest concerns or escalated booking issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Sales to align reservation strategies.
• Update room inventory and restrictions in the PMS and channel managers.
• Train and mentor reservation agents to maintain service excellence.
• Generate reports on reservations, occupancy, and trends.
• Ensure compliance with policies and guest data privacy.
• Support front office during peak times or events.
