Job summary

Confidentiel in Dubai is seeking a capable Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, from manpower requisition through candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring timely sourcing and budget alignment.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of UAE recruitment experience, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, knowledge of UAE labour practices, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, MS Excel, and ATS platforms; CIPD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related field.
• 4–6 years recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and employment regulations.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, MS Excel, and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to offer management.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, agencies, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Conduct initial screening, HR interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely selection decisions.
• Prepare candidate comparison summaries, interview reports and recruitment recommendations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, KPIs, and status reports.
