Tanqeeb Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist in UAE seeks an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring across Oil & Gas, EPC, and related sectors. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals, databases, and networks, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding while ensuring timely, compliant closures.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in staffing agencies, proven multi-industry hiring exposure, and strong communication and coordination

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a staffing/recruitment agency.
Proven experience hiring for Oil & Gas industry roles and multiple industry sectors.
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment portals, ATS, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, IT, and other industries.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals, databases, and networks.
Coordinate interviews, client interactions, offer management, and onboarding activities.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality and compliance with client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
