Job summary

Nathan & Nathan Human Resources in Dubai seeks a Recruiter with at least 2 years of recruitment experience. Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred, especially those with experience recruiting UAE Nationals or niche roles.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from requirements to interviews and offer negotiations. Key responsibilities include sourcing via portals and networks, screening, pipeline building, and coordinating updates for hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• Experience recruiting UAE Nationals and/or filling niche, specialist, or hard-to-fill roles is highly preferred.
