Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, professional, and blue-collar roles in the UAE. You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other channels, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and accurate recruitment records.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing and screening skills, and familiarity with UAE hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience recruiting engineering, technical, construction, manufacturing, and blue-collar roles is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE recruitment practices and job portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, job portals, agencies, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and share job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Negotiate salary and joining terms with selected candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer letters.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support employee onboarding and other HR activities when required.
