Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank UAE is seeking an experienced Sales and Relationship Manager to develop new relationships, onboard clients and service a diverse portfolio across banking and investment products. You will drive revenue by targeted client acquisition, maintain strong client service, ensure KYC/AML compliance, and collaborate with risk, product and branches in a multi-cultural UAE environment.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and leadership, with flexible working options

Qualifications

Experienced Sales and Relationship Manager with background in handling Banking & Investment Products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.

Responsibilities

Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development while driving the Digital Agenda.
Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of customers, volumes and revenue, including product mix and liability targets.
Induction of all NTB new customers brought in by Branches & Direct Sales team.
Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done).
Meet customer expectations and handle complaints while providing professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Lead through example and collaborate with risk and control partners to set the tone for the team.
Ensure KYC/AML updates and zero-error documentation.
