Job summary

Emirates Islamic in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Priority Banking Customer Service Associate to support Relationship Managers and deliver end-to-end service to priority clients. You will handle inquiries, processing of applications, complaints and requests, ensure priority service, and strive for First Contact Resolution while maintaining AML/KYC and data privacy standards.

The role emphasises cross-selling, adherence to bank policies, and accurate record-keeping to sustain customer

Qualifications

Relevant experience in customer service or banking operations.
Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance and data privacy.
Understanding of banking products and processes.

Responsibilities

Provide end to end customer service to Priority Banking customers per bank TATs.
Assist Relationship Managers with servicing queries, applications, processing and complaints.
Process customer applications and system requests; ensure priority service at Priority Centers.
Follow up on customer complaints to achieve First Contact Resolution and post-resolution feedback.
