Job summary

Emirates NBD in the UAE seeks a Priority Banking Associate to act as the main contact for Priority Banking clients, developing and maintaining relationships to meet business goals.

You will drive client acquisition through presentations, deal closures, and account development, while growing wallet share across lending, investments, and insurance, and ensuring up-to-date KYC and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales role within financial services or banking
• Strong knowledge of Priority Banking products, financial advisory, and asset management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of compliance, KYC, anti-money laundering, and operational risk
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Priority Banking customers
• Initiate, develop, and retain client relationships to meet business development goals
• Drive client acquisition through presentations, deal closure, and account development
• Grow share of wallet by cross-selling banking products, lending, investments, and insurance
• Maintain up-to-date compliance, KYC, and client profiles
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams
