Job summary

Paymob in the UAE is hiring to lead and develop a high-performing Sales Acquisition team. You will drive merchant growth across the UAE, shape acquisition strategies, and expand Paymob’s merchant network while ensuring strong performance against targets.

You will coach the team, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to optimize onboarding and conversion. A proven fintech sales track record and UAE market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven track record in fintech/payments, merchant acquiring, POS, or related tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of UAE market and key industries (retail, hospitality, healthcare, FMCG, e-commerce).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Acquisition team to meet merchant targets.
• Design and execute sales strategies to grow Paymob’s UAE merchant network.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with prospecting, follow-up, and conversions.
• Monitor KPIs and forecasts; implement improvement plans when needed.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with merchants to achieve win-win outcomes.
