This position is restricted to UAE Nationals; you will build a robust merchant portfolio, conduct visits, negotiate terms, ensure compliant onboarding, and educate partners on risk and payment best practices. A strong sales background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales, relationship management or merchant acquiring is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchant partners across industries and onboard them.
• Develop opportunities and expand merchant acceptance in the market.
• Negotiate terms and close merchant agreements with a pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new merchants.
• Manage portfolios to improve satisfaction, retention and performance.
• Conduct merchant visits and business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase card usage and transaction volumes.
• Ensure onboarding compliance with KYC and risk requirements.
