Job summary

Markai in UAE is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive merchant acquisition for POS and Payment Gateway solutions across SME and corporate segments.

You will identify, onboard, and manage merchant relationships, build strong ties with banks and stakeholders, and implement strategies to maximize activation and revenue while ensuring KYC and policy compliance throughout onboarding.

Qualifications

• Based in UAE for face-to-face interviews.
• 1–2 years UAE experience in POS/Merchant/Payment Solutions.
• Strong network in SME/Merchant onboarding in UAE market.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in UAE banking or fintech

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acquisition for POS and Payment Gateway across SME and corporate segments.
• Identify, onboard, and manage new merchant relationships to expand the POS portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize merchant activation and revenue growth.
• Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, KYC requirements, and quality standards throughout the onboarding process
