Job summary

Paymob UAE is seeking a motivated POS Sales Acquisition Specialist to drive new business and promote digital payment solutions. You will build long-term merchant relationships and meet sales targets by prospecting and presenting Paymob’s payment offerings across the UAE.

The ideal candidate has UAE B2B sales experience in fintech or digital payments, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to close deals. Arabic language is a plus; immediate start is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across the UAE.
• Promote POS terminals, payment gateways, payment links, and BNPL.
• Generate qualified leads through prospecting and business development.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and work toward targets.
• Identify opportunities to support revenue growth and market expansion.
