Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder. Automotive qualification or experience is preferred.

• Working knowledge of BI reporting tools and systems.
• Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Previous experience working with service contracts is mandatory.
• Service contract pricing or pricing analyst experience is mandatory.
• Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain service contracts for new vehicle models and update existing contracts as required.
• Manage service contract data within SAP IS-AUTO ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update service contract parts pricing and cost structures.
• Create and administer service contracts for fleet customers.
• Process contract-related requests including transfers terminations reinstatements and refund payouts.
• Provide timely support and guidance to branches on contract-related matters.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and business insights to support decision-making.
• Support pricing initiatives corporate pricing requests and new business programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.
