Job summary

AlFuttaim is looking for a Service Contract Executive in Dubai to manage and maintain service contracts within the BYD Aftersales division. This role requires strong analytical and coordination skills to ensure accuracy in service contracts, support fleet operations, and process requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive aftersales, service contracts, or pricing roles.
• Mandatory experience in SAP IS AUTO.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data-handling capability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service contracts for new vehicle models and update existing contracts when required.
• Maintain all service contract details in SAP IS AUTO to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue discrepancies.
• Respond to branch contract-related requests such as transfers, terminations, refunds, and reinstatements.
