Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a meticulous Service Contract Executive to manage end-to-end service contracts and pricing for BYD vehicles. You will maintain SAP IS-AUTO data, review margins, and support branches with contract administration and pricing requests.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, experience with automotive aftersales, and strong collaboration with Aftersales, Finance, and Fleet teams. A competitive monthly salary is offered with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in service contracts, pricing, aftersales administration, or a comparable role.
• Previous experience managing service contracts is mandatory.
• Service contract pricing or pricing analyst experience is mandatory.
• Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory.
• Advanced working knowledge of SAP IS-AUTO is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Office applications.
• Experience using business intelligence and reporting systems.
• Understanding of retail selling price and net selling price calculations.
• Knowledge of gross margin calculations and automotive pricing structures.
• Working understanding of accounting, finance, and data-processing principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete administration lifecycle of automotive service contracts.
• Create and maintain contract templates and pricing for BYD models and fleet programs.
• Update SAP IS-AUTO data accurately and timely.
• Analyze margins and pricing to protect revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate with Aftersales, Finance, Fleet, Pricing and Branch Operations.
• Ensure data integrity to prevent revenue leakage and errors.
