Overview Of The Role:

• The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring a professional customer journey and retaining customers, while also contributing to the company's profitability. The role demands a strong focus on customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and the consistent implementation of company values and standards. The Service Advisor will engage in sales activities to increase profitability through upselling of services and products, and compliance to health, safety, and environmental standards is crucial. What You Will Do:

General

• Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process, aiming for a Net Promoter Score >70.
• Maintain execution of customer service values and AF values at all times, aiming for a Customer Service Value >4.6.
• Ensure quality is maintained consistently, targeting FRFT >90%.
• Increase profitability through sales and upselling incremental packages including products and services offered by the company, measured by Net Sales.
• Implement 5S at work to maintain work discipline, monitored through WIP/GEMBA evaluations.
• Perform all duties as outlined in the business SOP, with performance assessed via PDR metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and actively prevent harm to the environment.
• Engage in learning and development activities to upgrade knowledge on new technology, work procedures, time standards, and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Proven ability to maintain high customer service values and standards.
• Strong sales skills, with experience in upselling and increasing net sales.
• Ability to implement quality control measures and maintain service discipline.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance within a service setting.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile).
• 3-6 years of experience as a Body & Paint Service Advisor in a reputed workshop.
• Knowledge of body parts and general mechanical components related to repair of Body & Paint.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures within the automotive service sector.
