Job summary

Zoya Developments is seeking a motivated UAE National CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, lead handling, and coordination in a fast-paced real estate environment. The role requires safeguarding accurate CRM records and supporting sales and engagement with a strong emphasis on Excel-driven reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in CRM roles, real estate exposure, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• UAE National female candidates only.
• 2–4 years of experience in CRM-related roles.
• Real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM activities and maintain accurate customer and lead records.
• Monitor and update lead information to support sales and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective follow-up and communication.
• Prepare reports and maintain CRM-related data using Microsoft Excel.
• Support continuous improvement of customer relationship management processes.
