Job summary

Career Hunters is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive property sales and build investor relationships in the UAE real estate market. You will identify opportunities, present properties and manage the sales process through to closure, while meeting individual targets and supporting the sales team.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years UAE property sales experience with a developer, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years UAE-based property sales experience with a real estate developer.
• Preferably from a European or Indian background.
• Experience with Tier 1 property developers is highly preferred and Proven and verifiable sales track record
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property sales processes, Self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through prospective buyers, investors, referrals and existing networks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their property and investment requirements.
• Promote the developer's residential and commercial property portfolio.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits and follow-ups.
• Manage negotiations, bookings and sales transactions through to completion.
• Provide clients with updates on available properties, pricing, payment plans and project developments.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to departmental revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth client experience and stay updated on UAE real estate trends and competitor developments.
