Job summary

Legacy Living Real Estate LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a detail‑oriented Lead & CRM Coordinator to manage inquiries from major portals, ensure timely distribution, and maintain high-quality lead data in Bitrix24. You will monitor agent follow-ups, handle client feedback, and escalate issues to the Sales Manager.

The role requires 2+ years in QA, lead management, or CRM administration, with strong English communication and Excel/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA, lead management, customer service, or CRM administration.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate processes is a plus.
• Experience with Bitrix24 or similar CRM for lead assignment, follow-up tracking, data checks, and reporting.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and in preparing daily/weekly reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution and monitoring across Bayut, Dubizzle, and campaigns within approved timelines.
• Quality control of CRM data: complete contacts, accurate status, meaningful notes, and reactivation history.
• Identify duplicates, misassignments, and missing information; escalate unresolved leads.
• Handle customer service, follow up on complaints, and coordinate resolutions with managers.
• Ensure compliance with lead handling, reporting, and data protection procedures.
• Prepare daily lead activity reports and weekly summaries; propose process improvements.
