Job summary

Meraki Developers in Dubai seeks a Customer Relationship Manager to serve as the primary post-sales contact and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle. You will handle inquiries, coordinate documentation, and ensure timely handover and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years in CRM or post-sales in UAE real estate, familiarity with DLD/Oqood, SPAs and KYC, and proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. English fluent; Arabic an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fields include Business Admin, Marketing, Real Estate or Management.
• 2–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or post-sales operations within UAE real estate.
• Experience with a real estate developer is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE/Dubai real estate customer journey; DLD, Oqood, SPA, KYC advantageous.
• CRM software experience: Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Bitrix24, Odoo; MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sales process.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers throughout the lifecycle.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Provide timely updates on payments, documentation, project progress, registration, and handover.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Manage customer files from booking through handover.
• Coordinate documentation: reservations, SPAs, KYC, payment plans and more.
• Ensure documents are completed, signed, and recorded within the CRM.
• Coordinate with Legal and Sales on documentation requirements.
• Track milestones and ensure actions meet timelines.
• Monitor payment schedules and follow up on installments.
• Escalate high-risk accounts to CRM Manager/Finance.
• Coordinate DLD and Oqood registration processes with customers.
• Provide clear guidance on registration requirements and timelines.
• Schedule inspections, snagging, handover, and orientation.
• Maintain records of handover status and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Projects, Construction, Handover teams.
