Western Bainoona Group is seeking an L&D Officer to conduct training needs analysis and design bite-size training modules. This role will evaluate KPIs for training impact and coordinate training logistics.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s in HR, Engineering, or Business, along with 3-5 years of experience in L&D/HR training. UAE experience is preferred, and strong skills in facilitation and content development are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in L&D/HR training within industrial/operations environments.
• UAE experience preferred; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) with departments.
• Evaluate impact using KPIs for training effectiveness.
• Coordinate calendars, trainers, and manage records.
• Support onboarding and competency matrices for employees.
