• Design develop and deliver engaging and effective learning and development programmes across various formats (e.g. online classroom blended learning).
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
• Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Research and implement best practices in L&D to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
