Job summary

ALEC Holdings is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to support employee growth and deliver impactful learning experiences across the group. You will manage training logistics, maintain the LMS, and contribute to leadership development across UAE projects.

You will collaborate with HR, trainers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, accurate records, and valuable training insights for performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in People & Culture or related field.
• Certification in L&D admin or LMS use is an advantage.
• 2–4 years in administrative support roles within HR, L&D, or training functions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule training programmes and send session invites to employees and trainers.
• Organise venue booking, materials preparation, and equipment setup for training sessions.
• Coordinate logistics for induction, compliance, and soft skills programmes.
• Maintain up-to-date training records in the LMS.
• Capture attendance data and manage training certificates.
