Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and implement the company LD plan. You will conduct TNA with HODs, plan technical and soft-skill programs, and coordinate with trainers and external providers to meet departmental needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin., Education, Psychology or related field.
3–5 years of Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development experience.
Experience with Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training planning, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the LD plan aligned with training requirements of the organization and departments.
Conduct TNA with HODs and managers to identify skill gaps and prioritize programs.
Create annual/monthly training calendars and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with internal trainers, external providers and institutes; organize induction/onboarding.
Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, certificates and participant history.
Track training costs and assist in managing the LD budget; prepare LD reports and dashboards.
Promote digital learning (LMS, e-learning, blended learning) and oversee learning resources.
