You will lead strategic BD initiatives across Roads, Bridges, Tunnels, and Transit projects, driving revenue growth through competitive tendering and strong client relationships.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with a proven UAE tendering track record and an extensive network across government authorities, master developers, and EPCs. Immediate start preferred.
