Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Principal Engineer - Bridges & Tunnels in Dubai to lead the design and delivery of major transportation structures. You will oversee feasibility through detailed design, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers while engaging stakeholders and clients.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in bridge and tunnel design in the UAE, with strong knowledge of RTA standards and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering is required.
• Master's degree in structural/bridge engineering is desirable.
• Chartered engineer status is preferred and UAE experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of bridges, tunnels, interchanges and related structures.
• Review designs for compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support client engagement and technical submissions with authorities.
