SEGMENTAL TUNNELS & BRIDGES ENGINEERING SERVICES LLC is seeking a senior Business Development professional for the UAE market. You will lead strategic BD initiatives across Roads, Bridges, Tunnels, and Transit projects, driving revenue growth through competitive tendering and strong client relationships.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with a proven UAE tendering track record and an extensive network across government authorities, master developers, and EPCs. Immediate start preferred.

Job description

Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue expansion across the UAE Infrastructure Design Consultancy sector Proactively identify qualify and secure new engineering consultancy pipelines across transportation transit aviation and utility infrastructure domains Oversee and lead client engagement frameworks Expressions of Interest EOIs Requests for Information RFIs Requests for Proposals RFPs and comprehensive formal tender submissions Cultivate and sustain robust long-term partnerships with institutional clients government municipalities major developers and ecosystem partners Align closely with in-house technical directors and engineering teams to ensure the development of highly competitive technically compliant and commercially optimized proposals Meet and exceed designated business acquisition targets while systematically enhancing the company s brand presence and market authority throughout the region Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience within the UAE in a Business Development capacity specifically for an Infrastructure Design Engineering Consultancy.Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English.Proven track record in UAE tendering mechanisms, bidding, pre-qualification processes, proposal management, and commercial contract negotiations.Established, active network of senior-level contacts across UAE Government Authorities, Master Developers, Tier-1 Contractors, EPC Corporations, and prominent Engineering Consultancies.Demonstrated success in identifying, pursuing, and winning design consultancy projects across Roads, Highways, Bridges, Tunnels, Metro/Rail, Utilities, Water, Sewerage, Airports, and Transportation Infrastructure.Deep understanding of UAE procurement frameworks, engineering consultancy contract models, FIDIC suites, and end-to-end client relationship management.Exceptional negotiation, executive presentation, and strategic business planning capabilities.A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.Candidates currently resident within the UAE are strongly preferred.Immediate joiners or those possessing a short, negotiable notice period will be prioritized.
