Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional with strong tendering experience in UAE infrastructure, EPC, and energy sectors. The role focuses on managing relationships with ADNOC, TAQA, DEWA, FEWA and other government entities to drive opportunities and bids.

You will coordinate cross-functional inputs, prepare bid documents, EOIs, and pre-qualification papers, and maintain market intelligence databases to support strategic growth while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, tendering, or marketing within UAE infrastructure, construction, EPC, or energy sectors.
• Proven experience dealing with UAE government entities and major organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tendering processes, bidding requirements, and pre-qualification procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and infrastructure/construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and tender management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with organizations such as ADNOC, TAQA, DEWA, FEWA and other government entities.
• Monitor tenders and market developments in infrastructure construction and energy sectors.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents, pre-qualification documents, EOIs and bid proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather inputs for tender submissions.
• Maintain a database of potential opportunities, clients and market intelligence.
• Develop business development strategies and marketing materials.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender procedures and deadlines.
