Job summary

MAHAM INTERNATIONAL TRADING FZC in the UAE is seeking a result-oriented Sales Engineer to expand opportunities across industrial and engineering markets. You will identify new customers, manage key accounts, present the portfolio to Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Fabrication, EPC, Construction, and Industrial sectors, and travel across the UAE to close deals.

The role requires strong UAE market knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in B2B industrial sales.
Proven sales experience in Industrial, MRO, O&M, Engineering, Raw Materials, or Building Materials.
Strong existing network within Oil & Gas, Fabrication, Manufacturing, EPC, Engineering, Construction, and Industrial sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong ability to generate leads, develop new accounts, and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel across the UAE for customer meetings and business development.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand business opportunities across the UAE industrial and engineering markets.
Identify new customers, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
Manage key accounts and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Promote and sell the company's portfolio to clients in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Fabrication, EPC, Construction, and Industrial sectors.
Conduct customer visits, understand technical requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, follow up on enquiries, and successfully close sales opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers to maximize business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, stock availability, and timely delivery.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities.
