Job summary

Element MEA, on behalf of a well-established UAE-based electrical trading, distribution and manufacturing group, is seeking a Sales Engineer with 5–7 years of UAE experience in technical sales. The role focuses on selling electrical and industrial products across Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, infrastructure and construction sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, an established UAE network, and a proven track record in project sales, RFQs and tenders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of UAE experience in technical sales.
• Proven experience selling electrical products to Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial or project customers.
• Strong network within the UAE electrical/Oil & Gas market.
• Experience with EPC contractors, consultants and procurement teams.
• Engineering qualification in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage UAE accounts.
• Identify opportunities in Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial projects.
• Build relationships with EPC/E&I contractors, Oil & Gas firms and engineers.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations and negotiate.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
