Job summary

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in industrial product sales, strong customer relationships, and a solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi market.

Candidates with welding product knowledge and prior experience with ADNOC/NPCC projects are highly preferred. You will develop new business, manage existing accounts, prepare quotations, and support projects from enquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Prior work experience in Abu Dhabi region is required.
• Experience with ADNOC and/or NPCC projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in industrial products / engineering supplies is preferred.
• Welding Sales Engineer experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of welding equipment, consumables, and related products.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote industrial products including Welding, Lifting, Safety, Abrasives, Hand Tools, and related products.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Conduct regular customer and project site visits.
• Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate, and close orders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide technical assistance and product recommendations to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Identify new projects, customers, dealers, and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups in ERP systems.
• Follow up on payments and ensure collections within approved credit terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/Sales systems
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have an established Abu Dhabi industrial customer network, experience dealing with ADNOC/NPCC or related projects, and a strong technical and commercial understanding of welding and industrial products.
