Job summary

ESG Emirates Stallions Group P.J.S.C. is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional in Abu Dhabi to manage day-to-day HR activities for the UAE business.

The role covers onboarding, contracts, transfers, resignations, and offboarding, with a strong focus on compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE processes. You will coordinate with PROs, handle visa and Emirates ID tasks, maintain HRIS records, and support payroll inputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UAE HR Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE processes.
• Hands-on experience with employment visas and Emirates ID.
• Experience coordinating with government authorities and PROs.
• Experience using HRIS/ERP systems.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations for the UAE business.
• Manage end-to-end HR activities: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, offboarding.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and Labour Law.
• Prepare HR reports and monthly dashboards.
• Handle employment contracts, amendments and disciplinary cases.
• Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID, MOHRE approvals and government liaising.
• Maintain HRIS records and monitor attendance, leave and overtime.
• Prepare HR letters and employment verification letters.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance.
• Support onboarding, interviews and employee induction.
• Respond to HR inquiries and support engagement activities.
• Assist managers with HR matters and exit interviews.
