Enrollme HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Officer – Payroll & Administration Operations to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will oversee payroll, employee records, onboarding programs, recruitment coordination, and travel logistics within the UAE, ensuring regulatory compliance and meticulous documentation.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years UAE HR/payroll experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and native-level English and Hindi proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; minimum 5 years UAE HR/payroll experience.
• Native-level English and Hindi; strong documentation skills.
• Experience with payroll, onboarding, travel logistics and compliance.

Responsibilities
