Job summary

Paymob in the UAE is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across the UAE. You will handle onboarding, employee documentation, visa and work permit follow-up, records management, and benefits coordination, while liaising with IT, Finance, and external service providers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years in HR operations, strong English communication, and proficient Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Coordination is a plus.
• Good knowledge of UAE HR operations and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with UAE visa, work permit, and residency procedures is preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Very good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations activities in the UAE, including onboarding and documentation.
• Coordinate visa, residency, and work permit processes with employees and providers.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and document archives.
• Support attendance, leaves, and employee requests.
• Assist in offboarding, contracts, renewals, and status changes.
• Coordinate with IT and facilities for onboarding requirements.
• Maintain HR trackers and reports; monitor probation reviews.
