Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Experience handling bulk onboarding.
• Preferably experience in outsourcing companies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and records.
• Support employees and Account Managers with HR queries, letters, leave requests, payroll inputs, and general employee services.
• Coordinate onboarding, visa, labour card, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and other employment-related processes with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate employee data in SundusHub and other HR systems, ensuring documents and records are complete and up to date.
• Monitor assigned HR tasks, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and ensure employee requests are completed within agreed timelines and service standards.
