Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in the UAE is seeking an experienced HR Onboarding Analyst to manage end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging experience for new hires.

You will coordinate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities and Payroll, maintain HRIS records, handle visa and Emirates ID processes with PRO, conduct orientation, and track onboarding KPIs. This role requires UAE labour law knowledge and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, or HR Shared Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from offer to joining.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, Payroll, and business teams.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Coordinate visa, labour card, and Emirates ID with PRO.
• Conduct new hire orientation and induction.
• Track onboarding KPIs, TAT, and new hire experience metrics.
• Prepare onboarding and HR operations reports for management.
• Assist employees with payroll, benefits, policies, and joining queries.
• Ensure onboarding docs meet audit and compliance.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements or automation.
• Handle multiple onboarding cases simultaneously with timely completion.
