The role focuses on automating processes to enhance the employee experience in a fast-paced environment. You will manage HRIS systems, supervise the HR operations team, and collaborate with Finance for accurate payroll and benefits administration, while driving continuous improvement across HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Typically 5–10 years in HR operations, with 2–4 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and payroll software.
• Professional certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll processing and benefits with Finance and vendors.
• Manage HRIS data governance and user permissions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and risk management.
• Standardize HR workflows and SOPs; drive process improvements.
• Lead and mentor HR operations staff.
