Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant HR or onboarding experience.
• Hands-on experience with UAE visa and work permit procedures.
• Familiarity with Emirates ID processing and employee documentation.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of employee onboarding, UAE HR documentation and compliance, HR operations, and onboarding trackers.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding from offer acceptance through the employee’s joining date
• Coordinate UAE visa, work permit, and Emirates ID documentation
• Maintain onboarding trackers, employee records, and HR documentation accurately
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth joining experience
• Support daily HR operations and onboarding-related administrative tasks
