Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals. You will advise managers on policies, performance, and workforce changes, while managing planning, data accuracy, and outsourced activities.

Fluency in Arabic and English, a UAE national, and 5–7 years in HR are required. You will collaborate across HR functions to deliver compliant, data-driven workforce reports and improvements.

Qualifications

• UAE nationality mandatory (Emirati).
• Permanent, full-time position.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience, preferably in partnering and operations.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Emiratisation a must.
• Experience with HRIS, dashboards, and headcount reporting.
• CIPD/SHRM or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with objectives and workforce needs.
• Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and changes.
• Manage workforce planning, headcount tracking, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Oversee outsourced workforce activities including recruitment, onboarding, renewals, attendance, exits, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, policies, SLAs, and regulations.
• Support Emiratisation initiatives and workforce reporting.
• Handle employee grievances and investigations; manage HR service requests.
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports on headcount and movements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, L&D, and HR Ops teams.
• Build stakeholder relationships and drive HR service improvements.
