Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager – HR Business Partner (Emirati Nationals) to partner with leadership teams and deliver proactive, data-driven HR solutions aligned with business goals.

You will lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development, while guiding engagement and change initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• UAE National; fluent in Arabic & English
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related field
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• 5 years of progressive HR experience including leadership
• Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and driving strategic HR initiatives
• Solid background in employee relations, organizational development, and talent management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to senior leaders; align people strategies with business objectives
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
• Drive talent reviews, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives
• Oversee performance management; support development and performance matters
• Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and a high-performance culture
• Support business transformation and change initiatives including restructuring
• Manage complex employee relations and ensure HR policy compliance
• Leverage HR analytics to provide workforce insights for decisions
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs
• Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members
