Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR leader to craft and implement people strategies that align with business goals. You will shape workforce planning, partner with senior leaders, and drive a proactive HR agenda across recruitment, onboarding, learning, and employee development.

This role includes payroll support and compensation & benefits coordination, while overseeing the full recruitment cycle, driving employee engagement initiatives, and guiding performance management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certifications.
• Experience in fast-paced industries such as tech or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Support payroll and compensation & benefits processes.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from writing descriptions to onboarding.
• Drive employee engagement through surveys, focus groups, and improvements.
• Oversee performance management with coaching and feedback sessions.
