Job summary

GRG in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to influence senior leadership and drive meaningful business impact across corporate functions in the Middle East and Africa.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, translating business priorities into actionable HR strategies, and lead initiatives in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development to support growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Ability to balance strategic HR partnering with hands-on execution, demonstrating strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and regional HR exposure advantageous.
