Job summary

Nexus People is seeking a commercially sharp Business Development Manager to drive growth of the EOR Employee Outsourcing and Workforce Solutions portfolio across the UAE. This role targets high-impact closers with an active UAE network and a proven habit of meeting revenue targets.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, engage with C-suite executives and HR leaders, and collaborate with Operations for onboarding. Immediate pipeline generation is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the EOR Employee Outsourcing and Workforce Solutions revenue line
• Activate your existing network to generate qualified opportunities from day one
• Identify approach and close new corporate clients across the UAE
• Manage the full sales cycle prospecting pitching negotiation contract closure
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives HR Directors and business owners
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
• Partner with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
• Track UAE market trends across EOR outsourcing payroll and workforce management to spot new opportunities
