Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a UAE National to drive business development, partnerships and client relations in the UAE. This is a relationship-led role focused on expanding our local presence by using your network, identifying opportunities, and arranging meetings with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnerships, client relations, consulting, government relations, or a related field
• An established and relevant professional network within the UAE
• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and local commercial practices
• Confident and credible when communicating with senior stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Commercially aware, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English is preferred

Responsibilities

• Use professional networks and market knowledge to identify opportunities and arrange meaningful introductions and meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners, and other relevant stakeholders across the UAE
• Work with company leadership to identify priority organisations, sectors, and relationship-building activities
